Change Password

  • Click on the “Change Password” link to Reset your password.

Change Username E-mail

  • Contact Support via ticket to request Username e-mail change.

Change Plans

  • To Upgrade your plan, select the new plan from the pull-down menu, then you will receive a pop-up confirmation to approve the prorated charge based on your billing cycle date. Once completed you will see the new plan listed to the right under “Subscription Breakdown”. To Downgrade plans, contact Support.

Increase Quota

  • To increase the amount of products you can import for your Plugs beyond the initial quota include, the charge is $5 per thousand (beyond the plan included quota), per month. To increase the amount, pull down the menu and select the total amount desired, and then you will receive a pop-up confirmation to approve the charge. Once completed you will see the amount listed to the right under “Subscription Breakdown” Increased Product Quota.
    • The Starter Plan includes 5000 SKUs
    • The Premium Plan includes 10000 SKUs
    • The Power Plan includes 25000 SKUs
