This is where you will see a list of your subscription details.
To Upgrade Plan, select it under "Choose a Plan" from the "Contact Information" box; it will be prorated. To Downgrade, submit a Support ticket. To Increase the number of Plug products, select quantity from the "Increase Product Quota" section.
To cancel the store you are currently viewing, click "Cancel Store" and confirm. This store will remain active until the end of the paid period, then e-ProductPlug will suspend all services and there will not be any further charges. Each store is subject to its own subscription and cancelling one store will not cancel any additional e-ProductPlug stores.
To cancel your account, click "Cancel Account" and confirm. All stores will remain active until the end of their paid periods, then e-ProductPlug will suspend all services and there will not be any further charges.
To reactivate account just log into e-ProductPlug with your previous login credentials, inside the "My Account" tab update the Contact and Billing information sections, then approve the subscription charge.
